Transfer Equivalency Review Request

Request course credits to be evaluated for transfer equivalency. If you have an active WVU Login account, please sign in before submitting your request. Complete the form with information regarding the transfer course in question.

If you have more than 5 courses to submit, please email your 800 number (admitted/current students) or an unofficial transcript (prospective students) to transfercredit@mail.wvu.edu for an initial review of possible equivalencies. Please do not email syllabi to this account.

Transient Course Request

Advisors may use this service to submit Transient Applications for review.

WVU Hub Walk-Up Support

Beginning March 17, 2020 the WVU Hub lobby closed to walk-in traffic, but we are still able to assist you via online requests and over the phone. We will keep you updated on future changes when the Hub reopens for walk-in assistance.

Submitting a ticket through this Check-In process will put you in a queue, first come, first served basis. DO NOT provide your Social Security Number or credit card information on this form.
