Request course credits to be evaluated for transfer equivalency. If you have an active WVU Login account, please sign in before submitting your request. Complete the form with information regarding the transfer course in question.

If you have not begun working with our office, and have more than 5 courses to submit, please email your 800 number (admitted/current students) or an unofficial transcript (prospective students) to transfercredit@mail.wvu.edu for an initial review of possible equivalencies. Please do not email syllabi to this account. If you have been instructed by member of our team to submit syllabi to this service, please disregard this step.


Current WVU students who are wishing to take courses at a branch campus may request approval by completing this form.

Beginning March 17, 2020 the WVU Hub lobby closed to walk-in traffic, but we are still able to assist you via online requests and over the phone. We will keep you updated on future changes when the Hub reopens for walk-in assistance.

Submitting a ticket through this Check-In process will put you in a queue, first come, first served basis. DO NOT provide your Social Security Number or credit card information on this form.


Advisors may use this service to submit Prior Learning requests for credit eligible review. Students should not submit a request, email your completed Prior Learning Request.pdf to your advisor.
