ITS Service Desk General Request

Introduction:

If you cannot find the service you need in the Service Catalog, click on ITS Service Desk Ticket button to submit a general technology support ticket to the ITS Service Desk. Support for Health Sciences systems is handled by the HSC Help Desk (see the Health Sciences System section).

Popular ITS Services

An ITS Service Desk technician will review your ticket and provide assistance. You will be contacted if additional information is needed. If we cannot resolve your problem, we will forward your ticket to the appropriate group.

In order to submit a ticket, you need to enter your Login. If you cannot submit a ticket, please call the ITS Service Desk at 304-293-4444.

Health Sciences Systems:

If you need assistance with a Health Sciences system, contact the HSC Help Desk for technology support.

Eligibility:

Anyone with an activated WVU Login can use the service.
