Network Printer

Introduction:

Access to a networked printer in your office may be controlled centrally. This is especially likely if you log into your computer using your Login ID and password. Click on Request Help button to request printer access or report a problem with a networked printer.

Eligibility:

Any university employee in an office whose printer security is managed by ITS can use this service to request access or report a problem.

Cost:

There is no charge to request or use this service. If a printer problem arises from hardware failure, then there may be a cost to complete the repair.
