Employee Email Request for Students

Introduction:

Student employees are given @mail.wvu.edu Office 365 accounts only upon request. Typically, such an account is needed so the student can have access to shared mailboxes used by the office for its operations.

Supervisors can click the Request Employee Email button to request an Office 365 account for an employee.

Eligibility:

Any supervisor may request an account for a student employee. Students cannot request accounts for themselves.

Cost:

There is no charge to request or use this service.
