Please note that any software requirements should be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance of your event for proper license vetting and installation.

Eligibility:

Any faculty or staff must FIRST request use of a training lab or classroom through 25Live at 25live.collegenet.com/wvu.

WVU Login credentials are required to log in to the lab computers. All WVU faculty, staff, and students have a WVU Login ID. You can check the status of your WVU Login credentials and claim your account if needed at login.wvu.edu.

Parties external to WVU will also need WVU Login credentials to access the lab computers. Event coordinators can request guest WVU Login accounts for visitors, guests, consultants, trainers or other external entities using the Login Account Request for Visitors, Guests, Consultants and Other Non-Employees service.
