Remote Access to On-Campus Resources (MasterApps)

Introduction:

You can use the Citrix server named MasterApps to access resources such as administrative systems, your network folders on ITS file servers, and desktop applications that are not installed on the computer you are using. Log in to MasterApps using your Login. To request access to specific resources in MasterApps, please have your supervisor contact the ITS Service Desk indicating the systems to which you should have access.

HSC maintains their own Citrix server. For Citrix requests at HSC, contact the HSC Help Desk at hsc_helpdesk@hsc.wvu.edu or 304-293-3631Image of phone that links to Skype for Business, allowing people with Skype for Business to call the HSC help desk..
