Faculty/Staff @mail.wvu.edu Account Assistance (Office 365)

Introduction:

If you are a regular faculty or staff person at WVU, then your Office 365 account should be ready for you on your first day of work (or earlier, if requested by your EBO). 

Web access: You can access the account on the web at outlook.com/mail.wvu.edu (main and branch campuses) or office365.hsc.wvu.edu (HSC). 

Client configuration: The supported client for Windows and Macintosh computers is Microsoft Outlook. Information about configuring your computer, phone, tablet or other device to retrieve email, contacts and calendar is in the Knowledge Base.

Problem?

  • If you are having a problem with your main or branch campus Office 365 account or need general assistance, please click the Request O365 Help button to submit a ticket.
  • If your account is on the HSC Office 365 system, please contact the HSC IT Help Desk by email (hsc_helpdesk@hsc.wvu.edu) or phone (304-293-3631).

Eligibility:

Anyone with an Office 365 account on the main and branch campus system may request help.

Cost:

There is no charge to request or use this service.
