Test Scanning Request

Introduction:

Instructors and other campus professionals can use the mark-sense scanning service provided by Information Technology Services for processing survey, quiz and test results.

Use this service to start your test scanning request. After completing this form, you will receive an email confirming your request and a Service Request number. Print out and attach the email to your test packet before delivering it to one of these drop off locations:

  • Mountainlair ITS Service Center: Test scanning requests can be dropped off in the Vandalia Lounge of the Mountainlair ITS Service Center. Click here for the Service Center hours. Unattended, after-hours drop boxes are available at this location.

  • Bennett Tower ITS Service Center: Test scanning requests can be dropped off in room G118 of Bennett Tower. Click here for the Service Center hours.

  • Brooke Tower: Test scanning requests can be dropped off in the Brooke Tower lobby.

Click the ​Request Test Scan button to submit a request. Please submit one test scan job per request.

You will receive an encrypted email with test results when your tests or quizzes have been scored. Packets will be held for 10 business days. After that, unclaimed packets will be shredded.

Eligibility:

Any WVU instructor can use this service to submit a test scan request.

Cost:

There is no charge to request or use this service.
