Knowledge Base or Service Catalog Content Submission


The TeamDynamix self-help site contains Knowledge Base articles that offer immediate assistance and a Service Catalog that gets user requests in the right hands. Please submit separate requests for Knowledge Base and Service Catalog submissions. New services and large numbers of Knowledge Base additions and modifications require a minimum two week lead time. New Services with complex forms and workflows, major KB additions, new Ticket Applications or changes for a project will require a formal kick-off meeting to discuss the requirements and expectations. That will help ensure we deliver exactly what you need.

Any WVU affiliated department may request to add or modify information in our TeamDynamix self-help site. Please note that you will need a valid WVU Login to submit your request. 


There is no charge to request or use this service.
