Add Me to a Current Issue or Outage Ticket

Introduction:

You can view a list of problems and outages by visiting the Home Page of this self-service site and click the Check for Outages button. If you would like to receive updates for one of the listed issues, click the Add Me to a Ticket button to get started. You will need the issue ticket number to submit you request. You may also include information or screenshots related to the problem if you are experiencing the problem yourself.

If you need to report a new issue or request a service, please search the A-Z Request Index for the appropriate service.

Anyone affiliated to WVU may use this service.

Cost:

There is no charge to request or use this service.
