The WVU Online Directory (http://directory.wvu.edu) allows WVU faculty, staff, and students to search for individuals by name or email.
All records for people listed in the Directory will display a person’s legal name, WVU assigned email address, and may also include a person’s preferred name along with any of the following relevant information:
- Enrolled College – College granting primary degree
- Major – Major of primary degree
- Phone – Work phone number
- Home Department – Primary employer within WVU
- Title – Primary job title
- Address – Work mailing address

HSC students, faculty, and staff: If your information needs to be updated in the HSC online directory (http://directory.hsc.wvu.edu), please contact the HSC Help Desk.
All faculty and staff may request this service. You will need an valid Login to log into this site and submit a request. If you cannot log in to this site, call the Service Desk at 304-293-4444 and ask a technician to submit the request on your behalf.
