All Other Telecommunications Requests

Introduction:

If you need phone assistance that is not specified in a service request, click the Telecom Help button to submit a ticket to Telecommunications.

Eligibility:

Any WVU employee of a department supported by ITS may request to use this service.

Cost:

There is no cost to request general assistance or repairs unless the department is at fault. Some additional services may require a fee. Funding information is required when submitting your request.
