Self Service Portal (TeamDynamix) Issue or Error


TeamDynamix (TD) is the vendor for the IT self service site. Click the Report TD Issue button to report a technical issue or error with any TeamDynamix application (Service Catalog, Knowledge Base, ticketing application). The TD Admin will review the issue and either fix the issue if possible or submit the issue to the vendor.

If applicable, please attach a screenshot of the issue or error.

Only use this service to report an issue with TeamDynamix. For issues and errors with other applications or services (eCampus, Outlook, Telephone, etc.), search for the appropriate service in the Service Directory.


Any technician using TeamDynamix tickets, tasks, or projects or user with an active Login can enter a request.


There is no charge to request or use this service.
