Reassign Telephone and Voicemail Account

Introduction:

Click the Reassign Account button to submit the necessary information for Telecommunications to reassign a telephone or voicemail account.

Eligibility:

Any WVU employee of a department supported by ITS may request this service.

Cost:

The cost for this service varies by request. There are normally two one-time fees for this service ($20.00 to process the order and $25.00 for labor) unless new services are added as part of the request. Funding information is required when submitting your request.
