WVU Portal Support

Introduction:

The WVU Portal (portal.wvu.edu) is a single entry point for various academic and administrative services, whether you are an employee, a faculty member, a current student or an admitted student. What you see will depend on your role in WVU’s identity management systems, and you may have multiple roles. You can choose another “view,” if you have more than one, by clicking the Menu bar in the top left corner. View our WVU Portal articles to learn more about using the WVU Portal.

Click the ​Portal Support button to:

  • Request help or report a problem: Request assistance with using the WVU Portal or report an error.

  • Add/Remove link, button or feed on the WVU Portal main page: Information Technology Services will review the request and may contact you for additional information.

  • Submit announcements for the WVU Portal main page: Announcements must be submitted at least 2 business days in advance. Information Technology Services will review the announcement and may contact you for additional information.

  • Update ALEKS Cohorts: Submit ALEKS Cohort Code changes (for Math department use only.)

Note: When accessing the WVU Portal, do not add "www." in front of the URL.

Eligibility:

Anyone with an activated Login may request this service.

Cost:

There is no charge to request or use this service.
