Conference Calls and Accounts

Introduction:

A conference account is required to host a conference call with eight or more people or to provide a unique call-in number secured with a PIN. Your request for a new conference account must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and should include your name, phone number, and funding source. If your account has not been used within 90 days, you must submit a ticket at least 24 hours in advance to reactivate the account.

Eligibility:

Any WVU employee of a department supported by ITS may request a conference account.

Cost:

Accounts are charged $0.08 per minute per caller. Funding information is required when submitting your request.
