ITS Walk-Up Support

Introduction:

ITS Walk-Up Support can assist you with software issues, troubleshooting, access and ID's, connectivity, viruses, slow systems or browsers, and advice on self-service options and student resources. You can stop by Monday through Friday from 11:15 am to 4:00 pm when classes are in session.

We have four locations for easy access to our free support services:

  • Mountainlair - located left of the post office.
  • Evansdale Library - located on the ground floor.
  • Brooke Tower - located on the ground floor in the Computer Repair and Assistance Center.
  • Bennet Tower - located on the first floor in the ITS computer lab.

This service is intended to be used on location at the walk-up center. Please create a ticket after you arrive at the walk-up center. To create a ticket, click on ITS Walk-Up Ticket button.

You will need an active login to sign into this site. If you have not activated your Login account, please go to the website login.wvu.edu.

Note: ITS offers a Knowledge Base to assist you with finding your own answer. If you logged a ticket and were able to resolve your issue, please close your open ticket.

Eligibility:

This service is available to all current WVU students.

Cost:

There is no charge to request or use this walk-in service. If you are directed to Computer Repair and Assistance, charges will apply for the services performed.
