Cannot Log into WVU+kc

Overview:

You must use your Login credentials to access WVU+kc.

Problem:

You cannot log into WVU+kc.

Solution:

  • Make sure you are entering your Login credentials correctly. If you have not claimed your Login account or if you need to reset your Login password, go to login.wvu.edu.

  • If you are accessing WVU+kc from a saved bookmark, go to kc.wvu.edu/kc, sign in, and update your bookmark to avoid future login issues.

  • If your browser stores your login information and recently changed your password, please delete your cookies and cache. For help, view our Delete Browser Cache Once article.

  • If you are still unable to log into WVU+kc, submit a ticket to the ITS Service Desk.
