ITS Walk-Up Support


ITS Walk-Up Support provides free support for WVU students, faculty, and staff.

Where is ITS Walk-Up Support located?

There are four locations across campus:

  • Mountainlair - located left of the post office.
  • Evansadale Library - located on the ground floor.
  • Brooke Tower - located on the ground floor in the Computer Repair and Assistance Center.
  • Bennet Tower - located on the first floor in the ITS computer lab.

When is ITS Walk-Up Support open?

You can stop by Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 4 pm.

What services are included?

ITS Walk-Up Support can assist students, faculty, and staff with a range of services and applications supported by ITS, such as Login troubleshooting and eCampus.

Services include:

  • Software issues and troubleshooting
  • Access/Login issues
  • Connectivity for laptops, tablets, and smartphones
  • Improving laptop performance
  • Virus remediation
  • Advice on self-service options
  • Advice on student technology resources
