Network Outage

Overview:

If there is a network outage, contact your network support or follow the steps for the Admin network.

Problem:

You cannot access the network.

Solution:

If you are part of HSC or another unsupported department, contact your network support.

If you are on the Admin network, please try the following:

  1. Restart your computer.
  2. Try accessing:
  1. Try accessing the J: Drive.
  2. If you cannot access any websites or the J: Drive, call the ITS Service Desk at 304-293-4444.
