"Not Registered" or "Pending" Status in the My Devices Portal

Overview:

The My Devices Portal (mydevices.wvu.edu) allows you to manage your technology devices while living in the residence halls.

"Not Registered" or "Pending" status:

If you added a MAC address to My Devices and the device is listed as "Not Registered" or "Pending" and/or you cannot connect to WVU.Play, wait 15 minutes. This is a known bug; manually entered MAC addresses will show a "Not Registered" or "Pending" status. This does not necessarily indicate a problem and can be ignored.

If after 15 minutes, you are not connected, please submit a ticket to the ITS Service Desk.
