Add a Signature to Your MIX Emails

Overview:

You can create a default signature for your MIX Gmail account. If you add a signature, it will be automatically added to end of the emails you send from that account.

How do I add a signature to my MIX Gmail account?

  1. Login to your MIX email account.

  2. Click on the little gear in the top-right corner.

  3. From the drop-down menu, click Settings.

  4. While on the General tab, scroll down to the Signature section.

  5. Type your signature. (Check out WVU's recommended email signature).

  6. Click Save Changes.
