Add an Email Address to a Copier Address Book


WVU Konica Minolta copiers have an address book to simplify locating an email when you want to scan and send a document to yourself or another employee.

Add an email address to a copier address book:

  1. If your copier requires a password, enter the password to unlock the device.

  2. Press Scan/Fax.

  3. Press Address Reg.

  4. Press Input New Address.

  5. Press E-mail.

  6. Enter the email address and then press Register.

  7. Escape back to the Scan/Fax screen and verify that the name and email address have been entered correctly.
