Overview:

The ITS Service Desk offers support during these hours, excluding WVU observed holidays.

  • Monday through Thursday - 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Friday - 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Saturday - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Sunday - 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

We respond to voicemail and tickets left overnight the next business day.
