Find Attachments in Outlook Desktop Client Conversation View


In Outlook Web App, users with Conversation View turned on can see attachments for all emails in a conversation string. On the Outlook desktop client, those attachments are not immediately visible.

To view attachments in Conversation View:

  1. Click on the View tab.
  2. Click Conversation Settings (in the Messages group).
  3. Select the option Always Expand Selected Conversation
