Share a Knowledge Base Article

Overview:

It is easy to share a Knowledge Base article through email.

Share a Knowledge Base article:

If you would like to email the article to someone else, click the blue Share button on the right side of an article. You must be signed into the IT self service site to see this button.

When you click on the Share button, you will be prompted to enter the recipients' email. A pre-populated message will appear with the link and the title of the article. You may add additional information if you wish. Then click Send.

Note: Depending on the article's level of access, the user may be required to log into the IT self service site to view the article.
