Navigate the Service Catalog Categories and Index

Overview:

There are several ways to browse the services in the Service Catalog.

Browse by category:

While in the IT self service site, click on the Services tab to view the categories of all the available services.

Under each category name is a brief description of the services within that category. Please note that some of the main categories on this page have sub-categories.

For quicker browsing, you can click on the Service Directory tab to see a list of public services grouped by category and sub-category.

Browse by popular services, recently created services or tags:

Click on the Services tab. On the right side of the screen, you will see a list of the five most popular services, a list of the five most recently created services, and a list of the most commonly used tags for the services in the Service Catalog. The list of tags is in order from most to least amount of times used. Click View All under any of the lists to see an extended list.

Browse by index:

If you would prefer to view a list of the services by alphabetical order, you can click A-Z Request Index at the top of the page.

All of the public Service Catalog categories and sub-categories will be listed alphabetically. Click on any of the category titles to view the available services in that category. If you are searching for a specific topic, press Ctrl+F (for Windows) or Cmd+F (for Macs) to quickly find key terms.
