Unlock/Reset Your Login Account

Overview:

WVU passwords must be changed periodically for your protection. If you let your password expire, your account will go into a locked status. If you have recently changed your password and your account is locked, see the Login Account Keeps Locking article for troubleshooting information.

How do I unlock my Login account?

Go to the Login Self Service site (login.wvu.edu) and click Reset Account. Provide the required information. If you need help resetting your account, view the Login Tutorials website.
