With Filelocker, WVU users can immediately share files with anyone inside or outside the University. It is an ideal solution when files are too large to send through traditional email.

With Google Drive, teaching faculty and students have unlimited cloud storage where files can be saved and shared with others. This is the best place for faculty to share files with students, but the files can be shared with anyone having an email account. Access Google Drive by logging into https://drive.google.com using your Login credentials ( https://login.wvu.edu ).

For departments needing access to a common storage area, space on the WVU Active Directory (WVU-AD) system can be a viable solution. This professionally managed space can be accessed by Windows and Mac systems from on campus, and through the MasterApps system when off campus.

SharePoint is accessible from anywhere, and allows for collaboration and development of documents, Wikis, discussions, blogs and surveys. It is designed for situations in which work groups require regular access to shared resources, and need capabilities exceeding simple file sharing. Sign into SharePoint using your Login ( https://login.wvu.edu ) credentials.
