Outlook is the primary University's faculty and staff email system. Sign into Outlook using your Login ( ) credentials.

If you need additional assistance with Outlook that is unrelated to access or WVU policies, we suggest browsing Microsoft Office's Outlook Support website ( ) or searching online. There is a lot of information about Outlook available online.

When searching, be specific. For example, if you are trying to do something in Outlook on a mobile device, be sure to include "mobile" or your specific phone in the search. If you need assistance with the web app, be sure to include "web app." If you cannot find the information you need, try adjusting the keywords you are using in your search.
