This FAQ section will help you get started using our IT self service site. Through the self service site, you can request services and assistance and find answers to your IT questions. 

The Service Catalog is an organized collection of business and information technology services. It provides a single location for you to browse and search for available services provided by ITS and other WVU departments. You can view a description of the service, eligibility information, a list of related services, the cost to use the service, and create a request for that service.

The Knowledge Base is a centralized collection of information about the services and applications offered by ITS and several other WVU departments. This includes known error messages, how-to guides, troubleshooting information, FAQs, training materials, and more. Each page of information in the Knowledge Base is called an article.
