Introduction:

Use this service to submit a request for any of the items below. New services with complex forms and workflows, major KB additions, new Ticket Applications, or changes for a project will require a formal kick-off meeting to discuss the requirements and expectations. That will help ensure we deliver exactly what you need.

  • Add or change technician(s) Note: To purchase additional licenses, visit the SLIC Software Request page.
  • Remove technician(s)
  • Administrative changes (Updates to attributes, tasks, workflows, desktops, reporting, etc.)
  • Knowledge Base request
  • Service request (Add a new form/service to the Service Catalog or update a service offering)
  • Report slowness or errors in TeamDynamix
  • General questions or assistance
