Employee Email Request for Students

Introduction:

Student employees are given @mail.wvu.edu Office 365 accounts only upon request. Typically, such an account is needed so the student can have access to shared mailboxes used by the office for its operations.

Supervisors may submit a ticket to request an Office 365 account for an employee. Requests are processed during a nightly update and accounts are available the next day.

If users are requesting five or more Office 365 accounts for student employees, users will need to complete and submit the attached O365 Bulk Spreadsheet.

Eligibility:

Any supervisor may request an account for a student employee. Students cannot request accounts for themselves.

Cost:

There is no charge to request or use this service.
