Outlook Email Help

Introduction:

If you are a regular faculty or staff person at WVU, then your Office 365 account and Outlook email should be ready for you on your first day of work (or earlier, if requested by your EBO). Submit a ticket if you need assistance with your Outlook email.

Web access: You can access the account on the web at outlook.com/mail.wvu.edu (main and branch campuses).

Client configuration: The supported client for Windows and Macintosh computers is Microsoft Outlook. Information about configuring your computer, phone, tablet or other devices to retrieve emails, contacts and calendars may be located within the Knowledge Base.

Note: HSC users should contact the HSC IT Help Desk for support.

Eligibility:

Anyone with an Office 365 account and @mail.wvu.edu email may request help.

Cost:

There is no charge to request or use this service.
