Academic Application Request

Introduction:

WVU Information Technology Services manages multiple systems and applications used by faculty, staff and students. Requests for work to maintain these systems can be requested by submitting a ticket.

  • Please use the Report Requests services for Reports.
  • Please use the Training Request service for individual and group trainings for these applications.

Use this service to request work on the following applications:

Academic Applications
Argos
BDM
eCampus
SEI
STAR
STAR Apps
TargetX
Other
DegreeWorks (Localization)
Patch Request (any system)

The following information is required when submitting your request:

  • Title:  (A short description to explain the nature of this ticket.)
  • Application:  (Select the type of application this ticket is for.) 
  • Description: (The full details including any information that may aid in work that needs performed.)
  • Attachments are (Optional)

Eligibility:

WVU employees who are responsible for maintaining applications may use this service. This service is not intended for access requests, general use or assistance.

Cost:

There is no charge to request or use this service.
