ITS Walk-Up Support

Introduction:

ITS Walk-Up Support can assist you with software issues, troubleshooting, access and ID's, connectivity, viruses, slow systems or browsers, and advice on self-service options and student resources. You can stop by Monday through Friday when classes are in session. View the ITS Service Centers article for locations and hours.

This service is intended to be used on location at the walk-up center. Please submit a ticket after you arrive at the walk-up center.

You will need an active login to sign into this site. If you have not activated your Login account, go to login.wvu.edu.

Note: ITS offers a Knowledge Base to assist you with finding your own answer. If you logged a ticket and were able to resolve your issue, please close your open ticket.
