How to Log Into Workspace

Overview:

Workspace is a single location supported by VMware Horizon for current faculty and employees to access on-campus resources from off campus. Most users will be able to use Workspace online following the instructions below. If you need to print or access local drives on your computer, you will need to install the desktop client

Log into Workspace online:

  1. Enter your WVU Login username and password.

Note: You will receive an Access Denied error if you enter your WVU Login credentials incorrectly.

  2. To have a Duo push notification sent to your phone, type 1 (if you have multiple devices enrolled with Duo, enter the number next to the device you want to receive the push) or push. You can also generate and enter a Duo passcode from your token or app.
  3. Click Continue.
