Unable to Log Into SOLE


If you are a current Student, Faculty, or Staff, you should use your Login to log into SOLE. If your Login has been disabled, or your account is locked, then you will not be able to log into SOLE until your Login issues have been resolved.

Resetting your SOLE password if you are not using Login:

  1. Click on the Help icon on the SOLE login page.
  2. Click on the Trouble Logging In? icon.
  3. Click "I do not have a Login account or I am unsure."
  4. Type your email address into the form.
  5. Click Request Password Reset. You will be sent to the SOLE login page stating that your "Login information has been mailed to: '{youremail}'. You should receive it shortly."
  6. SOLE will email you information on resetting your SOLE password.
  7. You will receive a token link from SOLE that is available to you for 8 hours through your SOLE account email. 
  8. Click the token link.
  9. You will now be prompted to reset your SOLE password.
  10. You will need to login again with your new SOLE password.

SOLE Help Center:

If you experience difficulty with your SOLE Login, you may also use the Help Center to resolve the issue yourself or contact SOLE Support for assistance.

  1. Click on the Help icon from the Login page.
  2. Under the SOLE Help Center, click on the Are You SOLE Ready? icon and make sure you are using a supported browser and have met all other necessary requirements. 
  3. If this does not solve your problem, click on the Contact Support icon within the Help Center.
  4. You will be given the opportunity to send a message describing the problem to SOLE Support. Please fill out the form as completely and detailed as possible.

Note: Upon receipt of your message, SOLE Support will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. SOLE Support is available Monday - Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
