Print from MasterApps

Overview:

MasterApps is used to access Discoverer. If you experience issues printing from MasterApps, follow the steps below.

Troubleshoot MasterApps printing:

If you experience printing problems in MasterApps, try the following solutions:

  1. Change the MasterApps settings. Make sure the ICA client is set to Local Client and the window size has been changed from Seamless to a set size or percent.
    1. In MasterApps, click Settings at the top of the screen.
    2. Select User Experience.
    3. Specify your preferred desktop or application window size, such as 1024x768 or 85% of screen size.
  2. Make sure the printer is set to 600 dpi resolution for the best print quality. Areas of the printouts are very light. Some of these light printed areas can be due to the colors set on the application.
  3. Try a different printer. Your printer may not be compatible with MasterApps. To see if your printer is compatible with MasterApps, click on your printer's brand below.
