Delegating a Colleague to Approve Your Mountaineer Marketplace Requisitions

These instructions show you how to give another employee the authority to approve requisitions submitted to you.

Setting up an approval delegate:

  1. Access Mountaineer Marketplace.
  2. In the upper right corner panel of Mountaineer Marketplace, click the person silhouette icon.
  3. Choose View My Profile.
  4. Choose Ordering and Approval Settings.
  5. Choose View Assigned Approval Folders.
  6. From the dropdown menu for Type, choose Requisition.
  7. Check the box for one or more folders in which you want a delegate to approve for you.
  8. Click Go.
  9. Search for an employee who will be your delegate by either typing the name and clicking on the match, or by clicking the magnifying glass to view a list of employees.
    1. Optionally, set a date range if you need this employee to approve requisitions only for a limited period of time.
  10. Click Assign.
