ITS Service Desk Contact Information

Overview:

The Service Desk provides first-level support to faculty, staff, students and other University help desks to investigate, resolve and prevent problems with ITS-supported systems and applications. We employ both full-time customer service staff and trained student workers.

Normal operating hours:

  • Monday through Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Sunday: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

March operating hours:

  • March 14-15: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • March 16-20: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • March 21: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • March 22: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • March 23-27: 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • March 28: 6 a.m. to 12 a.m.
