Additional Apps Available Through the Office 365 Portal

Overview:

In addition to Word, Excel, OneDrive, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams, you can access the following Office 365 applications in Office on the Web. These applications are not supported by WVU ITS. Support is provided by Microsoft.

Below is a list of the applications available and links to Microsoft information and/or support pages. You may be prompted to sign into your Office 365 account to access these resources. 

Applications:

Bookings

Simplify how you schedule and manage appointments both inside and outside your organization.

Calendar

Schedule and share meeting and event times, automatically get reminders.

Delve

Proactively highlights key information that's relevant to you based on what you are working on and colleagues you work with closely.

Forms

Microsoft Forms is part of Office 365 Education that allows teachers and students to quickly and easily create custom quizzes, surveys, questionnaires, registrations and more. When you create a quiz or form, you can invite others to respond to it using any web browser, even on mobile devices. As results are submitted, you can use built-in analytics to evaluate responses. Form data, such as quiz results, can be easily exported to Excel for additional analysis or grading.
